When an owner approves your request, you both see each other's contact details in Exitr and get an email. Any conversation, negotiation or agreement is between you and the owner. Exitr does not negotiate, value the deal, handle money or take any fee.
What happens after an owner approves
You both get contact details. Everything after that is between you and the owner.
