How we use models

We use AI models to decide whether two business records are the same company, to write short summaries (inferences and why-now lines) from sourced facts, and to answer questions from our own documentation.

Facts come from sources, not models

A model never creates a data value. It only receives facts that already have a source and a date. A validator rejects any sentence that names a fact or number not in those inputs, or that speculates about a person. Rejected text is never shown.

Your content

Customer content (buy boxes, notes, statuses) is never used to train shared models. We may use aggregated, anonymized patterns that do not identify you to improve our own scoring, as the Terms of Service describe.

Agents

Our operating agents treat every web page, email and document as data, never as instructions. They hold no secrets, call only approved sources, never contact business owners, and escalate decisions that matter to a person.
